“I believe in the transformative power of integrative mental healthcare that sees, honors, and treats the whole person. Too often, psychiatric care is reduced to brief medication visits. Instead, it should create space for true healing by thoughtfully combining innovative treatments with traditional wisdom.

Meaningful transformation happens when we take time to understand not just symptoms, but stories. When we acknowledge that mental health is influenced by sleep, nutrition, hormones, trauma, and systemic inequities. When we create safe spaces for authentic connection and transformation, sustainable and deep healing occurs..

Every person deserves healthcare that makes them feel cared for, connected and supported in their full humanity.”

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), double-published author and psychiatric technology consultant who is dedicated and continuously advocating for holistic mental healthcare. My experience lies in bridging the gap between traditional psychiatric medication management and integrative approaches, incorporating evidence-based nutritional psychiatry, mindfulness, and Ketamine-assisted therapy to support sustainable healing.

I am an avid traveler, cultural enthusiast, lifelong learner who believes that true healing extends beyond clinical settings into the richness of everyday experiences. Exploring different cultures, languages, and perspectives has shaped not only my worldview but also my approach to mental health—one that is deeply compassionate, open-minded, and adaptable to the diverse needs of the people I serve.

My academic foundation reflects my passion for blending conventional psychiatry with innovative therapeutic approaches. After earning my Bachelor of Science in Nursing, I completed my advanced graduate training culminating in my PMHNP board certification. Further refining my expertise, I have completed training in Ketamine-assisted therapy through Fluence, have led education initiatives at the nation’s largest mental health facility, Veterans Affairs North Texas, and have worked as a provider through Journey Clinical.

Over the years, my career has been dedicated to helping individuals navigate complex mental health challenges by integrating cutting-edge psychiatric treatments with a whole-person approach. I guide and support my clients in patient-centered approaches, using multiple healing modalities like mindfulness-based interventions, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and nutritional psychiatry. My work challenges the conventional limitations of mental healthcare, advocating for personalized, trauma-informed, and neuroscience-backed solutions that empower individuals to reclaim their well-being.

Beyond my clinical practice, I am passionate about mental health education and advocacy, contributing insights to professional literature, wellness events, and podcasts. I aim to demystify psychiatry, challenge outdated narratives, and provide people with the knowledge and tools to take an active role in their healing.

When I’m not working, I find joy in immersing myself in different cultures, reading, exploring new languages, and spending quality time with my family. Traveling fuels my curiosity, while my love for books and language deepens my understanding of the human experience. I balance my professional work with exploring new places, engaging in meaningful conversations, and enjoying moments of connection with my loved ones.
