Service Description
The starter plan is for those who have committed to this treatment option and seek support for a period of 90 days. This plan includes monthly 30-minute clinical encounters, and up to 12 ketamine treatments over a 90-day period. Treatments will be recommended on a monthly basis, not to exceed 4 treatments per month. Additional treatments if deemed clinically necessary may be available at additional costs. Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hour advance notice for all cancellations. Please ensure that you log into your appointment 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled slot, arrival 5 or more minutes tardy will be treated as a No Show. There are no refunds for No Show appointments. Inquire within for options to reschedule.
